The Wing Chun Kung Fu School welcomes you with a friendly atmosphere.

We are open to anyone who wants to learn this system of Traditional Wing Chun, both men & women are-welcome as are children over the age of 10, even if you have a disability, this system can be adapted to your need. If you would like to come along to any lesson and talk to any of the instructors, all of whom are very friendly, and will answer any questions you may have.

We think this art of Wing Chun is a devastating fighting system, but don't just take our word for it take a look at what our students think.

Highly experienced Masters Mark & Frank both studied under the late Master Derek Jones. We have over 29 years experience each in Wing Chun and tested the art in real situations of danger.

Wing Chun is a very intelligent and natural flowing system and adaptable to suit modern times and will teach you numerous things. You will discover and surpass your limitations, build up confidence, sharpen reflexes, improve health and at the same time you will discover a skilful system of self defence a streetfighting art.

Although few people recognize this system, we are not merely another Wing Chun system. We are from Grandmaster William Cheung's side of Wing Chun, friend and personal trainer of the late Bruce Lee and there are only a few clubs in England teaching this system. We stand tenth in direct line from the creator. Around 300 years ago one of the most logical and practical martial art systems was developed by a woman. Yim Wing Chun accepted that she had full responsibility to herself. With this realization she gained the self-determination to develop what has now been identified as the most devastating fighting system ever developed. Our clubs are based at various locations around Essex, UK.
